Msgr. Fernando Mempin (1962-1971)
The late Msgr. Fernando Mempin served from 1962 to 1971. During this period, the people were quite happy and excited with their new church that was beautified by clinging vines. Prominent people attended the many masses including for First Lady Imelda R. Marcos and some senators.
Rev Fr. Jose Sunga (1971-1983)
He is the next Parish Priest and in his time more church organizations were formed like Apostleship of Prayer. The charismatic movement was introduced. It was during this time when sacraments like baptism, wedding, funeral and other blessings were given free to parishioners.

The parish made an extensive Pastoral Plan and set the vision and objectives of the Parish. The green book as it was called was a groundbreaking work that exemplifies this visionary parish priest.
Rev Fr. Ben C. Arceno (1991-1999)
Under his term, physical renovations were made and the social hall became a 4-storey Parish Center with a roof deck, an Adoration Chapel and a 3-storey convent. More organizations and transparochial groups were welcomed in the Parish.
Rev Fr. Rey B. Bungay (1999-to 2012)
Fr. Rey is our Golden Anniversary Parish Priest. He continued the existing Parish activities and has made marked improvements toward the realization of the Parish vision of a jubilant community filled with faith, hope and love. The rebuilding of the church began in January of the great jubilee year 2000. The church has a higher ceiling, stained glass windows of the stations of the cross were installed. These were just some of the improvements in the Church, Parish Center and Convent that continued till his departure and reassignment.
Rev. Monsignor Roberto Espenilla (2012 to present)
Monsi Bert is currently our Parish Priest. He intensified devotions in our parish particularly to our patron, the Guardian and Protector of Jesus, Mary and the Catholic Church. He initiated an approved and encouraged practice by His Eminence Cardinal Tagle called "Devotion 19: St. Joseph" which is a Mass in honor of St. Joseph every 19th of the month. He is also a multi talented Priest as it was here that he wrote the song "Joseph the Chosen One" which we sing every Thursday and Devotion 19 day. He also formed the "Confraternity to St. Joseph" which is composed of menfolks in our parish who spearheads the propagation of the devotion. He also celebrated his 50th Sacerdotal Anniversary here in the parish. Monsi Bert is a very industrious worker in the spirit of the patron and is a very able preacher. We have a Bible Reflection every time we conduct our PPC meeting and encourages all organization to do the same. He also chairs the Cursillo Movement and does many pilgrimages as spiritual director in the Holy Land, Europe and elsewhere. In his time repainting of the Church happened (inside and outside), renovation of the Parish Office, the use of 2 projectors every time we have Liturgical Celebrations, installation of big electric fans and many other Church aesthetic projects. At the moment he is also the Vicar Forane of the Vicariate of St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
